三星明年将扩大DRAM及晶圆代工产能，还要新增至少10台EUV？
据韩媒首尔经济日报引述产业人士消息，尽管全球经济减缓，但三星电子明年仍将扩大DRAM与晶圆代工的晶圆产能，并且新增多台EUV极紫外光微影曝光设备。
DRAM方面，三星计划扩增其位于韩国平泽P3晶圆厂的DRAM产能。目前，三星P3厂DRAM产线的月产能为2万片12英寸晶圆，而三星计划通过扩增DRAM设备，将该厂的DRAM产能每月增加至7万片12英寸晶圆。
不久前，三星宣布推出了业界最先进12纳米级高性能且低能耗的DDR5 DRAM，计划从明年开始量产，并向数据中心和人工智能等不同客户供货。三星预期利用新的设备生产12nm的DRAM。截至第3季度，三星每月的DRAM晶圆总产量为66.5万片。
晶圆代工方面，三星还规划将P3厂的晶圆月产能提高3万片。截至第3季，三星晶圆代工整体产量为47.6万片/月。
EUV设备方面，目前三星拥有的极紫外光微影设备（EUV）数量为40台，其计划明年再新增至少10台EUV
