日本拟实施对华出口管制，或将“14纳米以下半导体尖端技术”设为重点
集微网消息，2月6日，《联合早报》援引日本媒体消息，日本政府基本决定为防止尖端半导体技术被转为军用，将实施出口管制，并强调此举是考虑到了中国。
日本共同社4日报道，日本政府修改规定出口特定产品和技术之际，需要其经济产业部长批准的《外汇及外国贸易法》部长令，让作为日本强项的生产设备不被用于开发和生产半导体。这项部长令修正案将于近期公布；在向企业等公开征集意见后，最快今年春季启动管制措施。
此前，美国就限制对中国出口先进芯片制造机器，已同荷兰和日本达成协议。
《联合早报》指出，日本多名政府相关人士透露，日本已同意合作，并敲定了具体的实施方针。由于美国把制造14纳米以下的半导体尖端技术作为主要管制对象，日本政府的管制对象也是类似的技术产品。（校对/赵碧莹）
