德州仪器：将在马来西亚新建两座封测厂

TI在吉隆坡的新工厂建设在既有工厂旁边，计划投资达96亿令吉 （约合人民币149亿元）。预计将于今年晚些时候开工建设，最早将于2025年投产。
同时，TI在马六甲的新工厂选址在既有组装测试厂旁边，将建设6层厂房，并将与TI现有工厂相连。这座新工厂预计投资高达50亿令吉（约合人民币77亿元），预计最早将于2025年投产。
据悉，全面投产后，TI 在马来西亚新建的工厂每天将组装和测试数以亿计的模拟和嵌入式处理芯片，这些芯片将应用于电动汽车等各个领域。目前，TI在全球拥有15个制造基地，包括晶圆厂、组装和测试工厂等。
