半导体大厂英飞凌出售业务！
当地时间1月11日，英飞凌宣布，已与Micross达成最终协议，英飞凌将向Micross出售其HiRel DC-DC转换器业务，包括混合和定制板载电源产品。
英飞凌官方表示，此次出售将使英飞凌能够扩大其对高可靠性市场核心半导体开发的关注和投资，同时不再强调需要为高可靠性行业提供更多定制产品的业务。该交易预计将于2023年第一季度完成。
据了解，HiRel DC-DC转换器业务是为包括外太空在内的最恶劣环境提供高可靠性DC-DC电源转换的解决方案，将在Micross Hi-Rel Products业务部门下运营，包括主电源转换器、控制电路、滤波器和外壳。
2022年12月，英飞凌宣布着手优化DC-DC设计，公司将陆续推出新一代DC-DC电源解决方案，协助客户打造低能耗、高性能的数据中心。
