意法半导体2022年实现营收161.28亿美元，同比增长26.4%
2023年1月26日，意法半导体公布截至12月31日的2022年第四季度业绩，Q4营收44.2亿美元，环比增长2.4%，营业利润率29.1%，净利润12.5亿美元；2022年该公司实现营收161.28亿美元，同比增长26.4%，净利润 39.6亿美元。
从产品上看，意法半导体汽车和离散集团（ADG）营业利润增长117.9%，达4.70亿美元，较上年同期增加17.6%；模拟、MEMS和传感器（AMS）营业利润增长2.4%，达到3.46亿美元，较上年同期增加27.0%；微控制器和数字IC（MDG）营业利润增长56.6%，达到4.953亿美元，较上年同期增加29.5%。
此外，意法半导体预测，2023年Q1营收将环比减少5.1%至42.0亿美元。
